i can’t sign in to my EEVON account:

1. you may have entered their credentials incorrectly

a. this can be fixed by double checking to ensure that anything that they have entered is correct

2. you may not have an account registered with those credentials

a. to fix this, you may need to create an account using the credentials that you initially tried to sign in with.

3. you may have entered the incorrect credentials too many times, locking their account.

a. you would have to wait for a set amount of time before your account is unlocked
