I can’t access a course i have been asked to do:

1. if it is not accessible, ensure that you are trying to access the correct course that they have been referred to.

2. if you have been referred by a GP, please ensure that the referral code they have been given has been used by the user on their account. if you have not redeemed the code, ensure that you redeem the code and see if the course is now accessible.
